How to proceed with a return?

Items must be returned in their original condition, provided they have not been washed or worn and have the original tags and hygiene stickers still attached, within 30 days of receipt. For the UK and US, the maximum return period is 15 days.

To exchange a size and/or return a product, follow the instructions at the link below. (This will change with the new warehouse, right?)

When will my return be processed and when will I receive my refund?

Returns may take 7 to 10 business days from the delivery date to be reviewed and processed. Once your return or refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification.

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

If you have requested a size or product exchange, once we receive and verify the condition of the item, we will proceed to send you the new product.

Who covers the costs of the return?

The customer will be responsible for the return costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount:

  • Spain: €4
  • Portugal: €6
  • European Union (EU): €11
  • USA: $33
  • UK: 17£

Conditions for returns outside the EU

Returns outside the EU must be processed through our returns tool. The customer is responsible for selecting their preferred carrier and completing the shipment.

Important:

  • The return address and other details will be provided in the returns tool.
  • To avoid additional customs charges, it is mandatory to request the original invoice and the SAD (Single Administrative Document) for the order, which must be included in the shipping documentation.
  • Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the order to avoid additional customs charges.
  • If the return is made after 30 days , Customs will apply a 21% penalty on the amount of the returned items , which will be deducted from the refund.

molis&co does not cover customs charges and only accepts returns outside the EU sent DAP (Delivered At Place) .

If the return does not cover customs fees, they will be deducted from the refund. If the customs fee is greater than the refund, no refund will be issued.

When shipping, you must declare the actual value of the items according to the original invoice. Declaring an incorrect value or "0" may cause problems and delay your refund.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

To ensure fast shipping, orders begin processing immediately after payment. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed .
