Size guide and TOGs
TOG is a unit used to measure the thermal resistance (warmth) of a product. The higher the rating, the warmer the product. The TOG measures the degree of thermal resistance (warmth) of the sleeping bag. The TOG is chosen based on the ambient room temperature. Our TOG guide can help you find the best sleeping bag:
- SUMMER: TOG 0.4 and TOG 0.5: for rooms over 24 degrees.
- MID-SEASON : TOG 1.0: for rooms between 21-24 degrees.
- WINTER : TOG 2.5: for rooms below 21 degrees.
