Frequently asked questions
What is a play mat for?
A play mat creates a comfortable surface for your baby to spend time on the floor, play, move and explore their surroundings during the first months and the crawling stage.
Is it only used once they start crawling?
No. Many families use it from earlier on, for tummy time, first movements or supervised playtime.
Can it also be used at other times of the day?
Yes. As well as for play or crawling, it can become a comfortable space to rest, read together or spend time on the floor.
What makes a good baby play mat?
The most important thing is that it’s comfortable, pleasant for everyday use and easy to fit into your home, both in terms of function and design.
