HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

To make exchanges in our website you must place a new order on our WEB, and follow the return procedure with the item you received.

 

HOW DO I PROCEED WITH A RETURN?

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in a like-new condition, with their original packaging, labels and it’s important that they are not used and not washed. You must send them to our address and we will take care of the rest.

1. Prepare

You must indicate the order number, the model, the size and the reason for the return inside the package. Remember to include the order number (example: W#####SP).

 

2. Send

Send us the product to the following address: Avda. Josep Tarradellas, 123 3º A. 08029 - Barcelona, Spain.

 

3. Receive the refund

Once your shipment is received, we will begin the process of refunding your money through the payment method that you used initially. Payment will be made within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the return at our offices.

 

Once the period of thirty (30) calendar days has ended, molis&co will not accept returns for withdrawal of product purchases.

 

IF I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT, DO I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The shipping costs of the return are assumed by the buyer as indicated in Retail Trade Regulations.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU

Molis&co does not cover possible customs fees and only accepts returns outside the EU shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Returns shipped without paying customs fees will be deducted from the refund; if this covers the full amount of the refund, no refund will be issued.

At the time of shipment you must declare the actual value of the items. In this case you must declare the correct value that you paid for the item(s) and that you will find on the invoice. Declaring the value as 0 only causes us problems when processing the return and may delay your refund. 

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

To make sure that the orders arrive quickly at your address, once the payment is made, they inmediately are sent to be prepared in our warehouse. For this reason we cannot cancel or modify the order in this part of the process. Instead, we ask you to follow the return procedure when the order arrives at your address.
