The TOG measures the thermal insulance (warmth) of the sleeping bag. You should pick the TOG based on the temperature of the room where your baby is going to sleep. Our TOG guide can help you pick the sleeping bag that is best for you:

- SUMMER WEIGHT: TOG 0.4 and 0.5: between 23ºC and 27ºC
- MIDWEIGHT: TOG 1.0: between 21ºC and 23ºC
- WINTER WEIGHT: TOG 2.5: between 16ºC and 21ºC

It features a double-direction zipper to make nighttime changes a little bit easier and a piece of fabric on the upper part that prevents friction with your baby's skin. How to keep your baby warm? Depending on the temperature, you can put a short or long-sleeve bodysuit or pyjamas under the sleeping bag. Sleeping bags replace sheets, blankets, and duvets. However, we recommend adding a thin sheet so that they learn to cover themselves up.

Easy care: Machine wash (40º) and tumble dry at a low temperature.
