TOG: What is and Types

The TOG measures the thermal insulance (warmth) of the sleeping bag. You should pick the TOG based on the temperature of the room where your baby is going to sleep. Our TOG guide can help you pick the sleeping bag that is best for you:

- SUMMER WEIGHT: TOG 0.4 and 0.5: Rooms +24ºC
- MIDWEIGHT: TOG 1.0: Rooms between 21ºC and 24ºC
- WINTER WEIGHT: TOG 2.5: Rooms -21ºC
